Take the Stage for Friday Night LIVE at the Emporium!

The Emporium is a venue where all are welcome. With a diverse audience, the stage welcomes artists & performers representing many genres and performance styles. Please review the HELPFUL HINTS below regarding performing for Friday Night Wine Tasting & LIVE Music.

PERFORMANCE HOURS

  • The Friday Night Wine Tasting starts at 6:30pm.

  • The music (band's set) begins promptly at 7pm and ends at 10pm.

  • The band can take breaks as they see fit within their set.

  • In the event the band wants to do an encore performance or song, it must be figured into the overall performance timing. Recommendations include planning on ending the set at 9:50pm with an encore performance to conclude at 10:00pm. Emporium management reserves the right to end all performance at expected time. All special arrangements must be made prior to booking confirmation.

EQUIPMENT
Our sound and staging just went through an incredible upgrade, making options and opportunities easier for bands/performers to participate. The Emporium is able to provide sound equipment for the band to utilize, to the extent of:

  • Sound Board with multi-channel options

  • Microphones (confirm number upon booking)

  • 2 monitors

  • Mic Stand(s)

  • Snake

  • If band uses house equipment, they are responsible for the set up and the tear down, and this time should be included in their arrival. Tear down should be no more than 30 minutes after performance.

The band/artist is able to express interest in utilizing the Emporium equipment with the understanding that a sound man is not provided. In the event that the band needs a sound engineer, the Emporium has experienced techs for hire. (Please communicate this during booking process.)

LOADING IN

  • Bands are permitted to arrive no earlier than 5pm EST on the day of performance.

  • The Emporium, upon booking confirmation, will make staging area accessible to band for loading in.

  • All instruments should be positioned within the LIVE Music area, and instrument bags/containers stored off of the floor, and in stock room behind stage. (See on-site Emporium Manager for details)

  • All other needs should be communicated during confirmation

$5 COVER

  • To support the band, the Emporium features a $5 cover charge. The cover goes directly to the band/performer.

  • Bands are not permitted to waive the cover charge, BUT are given the option to donate the cover charge to a non-profit or organization of their choice.

  • Emporium Management will keep track of all attendees and cover charges via their POS system. At the end of the evening, MGT will present the money to the band designee.
