Shem Schutte is a Springfield, Ohio based visual artist and photographer whose work explores the haunting poetry of forgotten places. A fifth-generation photographer, Schutte carries forward a deep family tradition of image-making while carving his own path through nocturnal explorations of abandoned factories, bridges, and industrial landscapes.
