Art Exhibit: Emporium Staff

Emporium Wines & Underdog Café, Yellow Springs, Ohio

Behind every glass poured and every cup pulled, there's a person with a life outside these walls. This exhibit is a window into that life. On display now through early November, this show features original work by the people who staff Emporium Wines & Underdog Café, made outside of work hours and brought inside to share.

The work spans painting, photography, collage, illustration, and mixed media, as varied as the people who make up this staff. Nothing here was made to match a theme or fit a mold. Each piece exists because someone on this team needed to make something, and wanted a place to put it. That place is here, on these walls, for as long as you care to look.

Join us for an artist reception on Sunday, September 20, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Meet the people behind the work, and behind the counter, over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

The show runs through the beginning of November during regular business hours.
